This institute was first established on 1984, with a pious and far-sighted thought of S. Swarn Singh Mahal .He desired to build an environment for young learners where they could learn, play and develop themselves as good citizens.

Due to continuous efforts of the management the school has well equipped Physics- Chemistry-Biology labs, Social Science Lab, Mathematics Lab, Multimedia Room, Art and Craft room, Computer lab, library and spacious Activity hall to conduct examination and seminars. In addition to this there are green areas to support the environment and open areas for playgrounds. Water filter facility is also available.

Debates, calligraphy competitions, poem recitation competitions, quiz competitions, and annual sports are held every year. There are four clubs established in the school i.e Eco Club, Literary Club , Mathematics and Science Club, Sports Club in order to encourage the students to learn in co-operative environment.

Highly qualified, intelligent and experienced staff is appointed by the selection committee to meet the needs of today’s competitive environment. It is all due to co-operation of the parents and teaching staff that all the academic and social needs of the students are met with. To seek the help of the students P.T.A. is also operative. Regular monthly PT meets are held in order to check the student’s academic growth.

In a nutshell, the management and staff members are rendering services for the bright and successful future of the students on a whole.
